30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and free from damage.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs to verify the issue and will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
